Welcome! Support me in my Ride!!
Hello everyone! I am riding again this year in the Ride4Roswell. We all have friends and family who have been effected by this horrible disease. With the passing of a friend of mine this last year due to cancer this ride really strikes home for me. Please help me out with my goal, there is no better cause.

One out of three Americans will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Most of us know someone that has successfully battled cancer. We also know someone who has had their life taken by it.
This June, I will be cycling in the Ride For Roswell to raise funds for critical research and patient care at one of the nation's top comprehensive cancer centers - Roswell Park Cancer Institute.
The money I raise will help researchers and physicians better understand the causes of cancer and discover new methods of prevention, diagnosis and treatment.
Please support me as generously as possible, as I ride on behalf of cancer patients. Just click on the "Donate" button to make a donation.
(If you'd rather donate by check, please include my name in the memo area and send to: Ride for Roswell, RPCI, PO Box 644, Buffalo, NY 14240).

Training Updates
June 15th- Ok so updating this thing is a real pain in the butt! I am doing the ride in just over a week! I did around 45miles last week and will probably bike around 50-55miles this week pending on weather. My bike is having some hickups and I'm having problems with the derailure alignment but hopefully I can fix this by race time. Besides that lets all just pray for nice weather and a safe ride.
May25th-
Have been messin around with the new bike trying to find the proper fit. Did a quick 30 mile ride, got lost and had to call a friend to mapquest me home....fun times
May22nd-
Well have taken some time off but will now get back into the swing of things. Tomorrow I will be doing a 38 mile ride with GSW. GSW is a group I train with, there will probably be 20 or so people present for this group ride. Plus it ends with pizza and beer.
I also purchased a new bike yesturday! It is a Specialized Allez Elite Triple with the 105 component group (not sure if this means anything to you). Either way it beat my steel frame back. This new bike is alum with carbon alloy fork and seatpost!!
Hopefully I will take it out for a sping today!
April 30th
Well, hurt the shoulder again last week so I will be taking some time off. This rain doesnt prove to be the best cycling weather so maybe it is a good thing. For now back on the phone with the doctors! I am beginging to think that god didnt want me to be a swimmer or do anything in water. I rehurt it while doing some training in the pool. Oh well, my time among the water was good while it lasted!
April 25th
With warmer weather I am just getting in easy base miles. a 20 mile ride here, 25 there. Nothing to big, exploring some new rides around the Southern Manchester Area. I have mostly done riding up in Bow and Concord. I am planning on doing a Manch to Portsmouth and back ride next month.
April 12-
Well it is still sleeting outside. It has been cold and muggy all week so I have not had a chance to bike. So far I am sticking to spinning classes and going to the gym. The one nice benefit about the cold weather is that the ski season has been extended!! However I am itching to get on the bike again. Last weekend I managed to get an easy 35 mile ride in.
I am also looking around for a new bike, right now I am looking at the Trek 1500 which will still cost me a pretty penny. Did you know you can finance a bike? I just found that out, I guess I might have to make room in my budget for a Bike Loan in addition to my car loan and what not.
